It’s kinda like a Temazcal but westernized and for $50 a pop, you’d might as well get an authentic experience with a place that actually acknowledges where its practice comes from. 4 stars because the facility is nice and a sauna and cold plunge always feels good.

Truly a beyond amazing experience. The guides here are wonderful, no matter which class you take. If you’re looking for a quieter time, the free flows are great to go, relax, or hang with friends. If you’re looking for a class with more movement, opt for the others. No matter which, you’re guaranteed to have a great time. I’ve fallen in love with the ice bath experience and the guides are super helpful each and every time. Also, love the different incense they use in the saunas!! Have fun and enjoy the experience
