Had a great shellac pedicure for the very first time at onyx , clean environment - however docking stars due to customer service. I initially booked via the tool through any available staff in which gives time slot option AND technicians name for each time slot once selected. I picked the time slot with the technician I wanted to get my nails done (as other time slots had other names) however when arrived I was not given that technician initially as the one that was listed in my appointment was busy. Just wanted to share that had a great experience today - perfect manicure done by Liliana - very meticulous and great end result! I will definitely be back and will recommend to a friend

Onyx reached out a few days after my original review and offered a re-do of my shellac manicure. I requested for a different nail tech and this time it was Liliia who did my shellac manicure. It’s been a week and a half so far and the manicure has been holding up nicely. Thank you, Liliia!

The nail tech cut the side of my pinky nail which has been really painful and irritating for the last 36 hours. That was a bit annoying but what’s even more annoying is.. my shellac manicure has already chipped.
