I love this place. The instructors know how to challenge me while still keeping things interesting with new moves all the time. Everyone here is also welcoming and inclusive. as a bonus the space is stunning. Best Pilates studio in the city

I hade my first ever reformer Pilates class today. Have a nice day Pilates was absolutely fantastic, the studio was clean, felt calm and serene. I felt comfortable, confident and relaxed. Carmen the instructor made it such a fun experience and great workout, thank you Carmen. I’ve found my new form of exercise. Have booked my next 2 sessions ?
