This was my First time at this place and I will definitely return!! I dropped by the evening before after walking around the Mall. I inquired about hours and pricing. I returned today for a Manicure and Pedicure. I was Greeted in a a Pleasant way. I sat in the chair and soaked my feet. I was asked several times about the Water Temperature (which I thought was thoughtful) (The temperature was just right). The Technician did my Pedicure then Manicure. I was fatigued and did not talk much. Also, I felt very relaxed so I just was Enjoying being relaxed!! The Technician was Great!! ....Gentle and Slow. After my Pedicure and Manicure, the Technician left to do another Manicure. I would have preferred her to say that she was going and that she was going to Check on me in between doing the newest Customer. After 15 mins of being alone in the chair with no one checking on me, I asked the Owner (I think), if I was done. She checked my nails and said that my nails were still wet and wanted to be sure all were dry. She left and 10 more minutes later, she checked on me. She put plastic bags on my feet so my nails would not smudge in my boots. At first I was not keen on this as I thought it would feel awkward. It felt Ok and my nails did not smudge. I have had Manicures and Pedicures before but NEVER had bags on my feet. I thought this was a Great Gesture to prevent smudges!! There was Music (Great and relaxing music but a little loud). There were 2 more TV’s. 1 was on the Food Network and the other was put on Netflix to start a movie which started a few minutes after I arrived (Good movie). I paid the Owner ? by Credit Card and tipped. I was disappointed that I was not thanked for being a Customer nor thanked for the Tip by anyone. The Technician did not say Good Bye to me. However, overall this was still THE BEST Manicure and Pedicure I have ever had!! Why? -Great attention to my nails - Great foot massage and Great hand massage -Not rushed environment -Upbeat yet very Relaxing environment -Very clean -Great price
