HIRO has been absolutely amazing. She's sooo nice and does exactly what you ask for. I also really like her as a lash technician because she's so gentle and professional. Unfortunately, I've had some lash technicians in the past where it kind of felt painful or got glue in my eye, but with Hiro I don't have to worry about that. I've been with Hiro twice and she's always been so gentle to the point where I fall asleep cus I'm so relaxed :) I hope she sees this because she's doing a great job!!

I’ve had appointments with multiple lash specialists (Minori, Misa, Chihiro, Hiro) and experiences have been consistently good. I’d recommend the keratin lash lift, which is not damaging to your lashes. The effect is natural but makes you look so awake/ready to go for the day.
