I have been going to Melo for many years and referred other friends and family members there as well. They explain clearly what is needed and why and I have found them to be honest and helpful through the years. I have no hesitation recommending them and wish more of my experiences with mechanics had been the same as it is here. Chris and Rob have built a strong business they should be proud of!

Rob is the absolute best. I’m not sure I’ve met anyone more honest in the auto industry than Rob and his team at Melo.
My family has been going to Melo for regular service for a few years, and it has been fantastic.
More recently, I had a very significant issue with a large dealership. Rob advocated HARD for me and my family without us even asking him to do so. He followed up with us a week after the incident just to ensure we were being treated fairly.
Truly restored my faith in humanity after being treated so poorly at a large dealership and their service department.
I made the mistake of taking my car to the dealership for a routine oil change. During their inspection, they claimed there was an issue with one of the cylinders. According to them, the threads on cylinder 3 were stripped, making it impossible to properly tighten the spark plug. Their only proposed solution was to replace the entire cylinder head—at a cost of $9,000.
Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion and brought my car to Melo. Rob and his team were incredibly attentive and performed a thorough, honest inspection.
