I was extremely happy with cleaning done by Nataliya. She was very focus & professional, asked for feedback and little to no disruption to me as I was home.
Great job. I hope the standard remains the same for my future request.
I’m very happy with my experience. They exceeded my expectations. The apartment was left spotless. They had great communication, sent a messages saying they were a few minutes away and got call back after the service to make sure everything good. I highly recommend Master Maid.
Update my second service was equally as good! The ATTENTION to DETAIL is EXEMPLARY. I didn't note this in my previous review incase it was a one off but both women were wow bang on! Please be kind to them. They carry vacuums, supplies and take the subway! Extremely hard working and that needs to be valued! I think an angel just left my condo!! I have honestly NEVER had such a good cleaning service! Fast and detailed! Excellent for an air b&b I would imagine. The last time my cleaning Women was not available I used mollymaid and they sent two people and it was horrible service at exactly 2 times the price!!! I am in shock!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️... read full review
