Vitaliy and his team of plumbers were outstanding. Estimates were accurate, and the work was completed very quickly and exactly as promised. I was really happy with the results, and plan to hire them soon for another job.

Vitaliy and his team from Master Drain & Waterworks are lifesavers! We had a floor drain backing up over and over even though three different plumbing companies came and snaked and cleaned it out, it kept happening. Vitaliy was the only plumber I found with the experience and knowledge to investigate and figure out what was actually going on. Instead of just snaking and leaving like the others did, Vitaliy took the time to identify the root problem. His team excavated a small part of the basement floor and replaced the problem section of plumbing. I had a drain in my basement under the concrete floor back up. They came the same day I called. Vitaliy and his employees found where the blockage was and started demolish. First however they put tarps down from the front door and down the basement stairs. They put plastic up around the work area. They dug up the area were the drain pipe broke and clean up all the concrete and debris and replaced the drain. They came back and cemented the floor and once again cleaned up everything.The price was reasonable and the work ethic was top notch. I would highly recommend them.
