We decided to use this company for a cleaning service. The service provided by the company was awful but the cleaner lady Elaine was absolutely amazing, so I am giving HER 5 stars for an amazing job well done.

Made an appointment last week. I received a text last night after 7:00PM telling me the cleaning tech had an emergency and couldn't make it today. They asked if they could reschedule next week. I have company arriving so next week is too late. They asked if they could instead push my 8AM appt today to noon to accommodate for another tech. I agreed it was fine. By 12:15 no one had arrived. I texted back to let them know and they said they don't have a tech and can I reschedule for Friday. As my company will arrive tomorrow I said no it was too late and cancelled. First attempt, cleaner didn't show up. Second attempt, cleaner was late and I had to leave for work. Third attempt, cleaner was 40 minutes late. AND SHE FORGOT TO BRING A VACUUM! So the cleaner ordered one on instacart(?) and it was a little thing that had no motorized brush for carpets. So the carpet didn't get very clean. The bathrooms were average. Kitchen floor was very clean, but still sticky? Carpets = fail. At least I got an apology!Three different numbers texting me. A mishmash of SMS, app, and website.
