I have been to Cathy and Chloe and both are really great for biogel! Never too thick or uneven, nails were actually still healthy underneath, and they both pay attention to detail. The owner is also really nice! Definitely the best for biogel in Toronto and I’ve been to both glossix locations, 1997 nail bar, cozy nail bar, gioia, and multiple organic nail bar locations.
Had an issue with my nails once - they fixed it for me the next day complementary. They are willing to make sure you love your nails before you leave so just be honest if there’s something you want fixed.
