I have been to many stores to find a specific plant, but in vein. On Jan 12, 2026 I came to this RONA store at the southeast corner of Steeles & Markham with a slim of hope. To my surprise, it had the exact plant I wanted. The store manager Trevor greeted me when I stepped into the store and looked around, and he guided me to the section. The cashier Avi was nice as well. He even gave me a discount because the plant was a Xmas item. I had a great experience at RONA thanks to Trevor and Avi.

Went there last Saturday 1pm because I needed different screws to put on my doorbell camera (the ones provided were too short). Store manager (sorry forgot his name) was as helpful as he could be. He asked questions that I didn't even think of, and got me the right product to finish the job. Thank you very much - my doorbell camera is now securely mounted!
