The staff is described as hardworking and courteous, with the store manager going above and beyond to assist customers. Despite the name change, the store remains largely the same. The store has easily accessible associates at all times, and customers have praised the fantastic customer service. Adel in the Flooring department was particularly helpful with carpeting needs, and the entire team of staff in other departments were also very supportive, making customers feel at home. However, some customers have experienced issues with the lack of proper wrapping for delicate products, leading to damaged items during transport.
