Quality of service seems to have gone down even more so than before. Compared to them, Home Depot has amazing service. Verne in the kitchen department at Rona+ is the only person who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I think after switching from Lowe's to Rina , their service and product options seem to have gone down.I asked two different people to help us locate the product and they had no idea and sent us wrong directions another person told us they don't even carry even though we found it ourselves by going to aisle by aisle.
I was amazed by the excellent customer service that Shirley and Wayne gave me today. This experience makes me want to come back to Rona+ Etobicoke Queensway! Thank you again for the happy visit!
