Manoj guided one customer really well with blinds according to specifications and was very good at customer service. Brad was most helpful, personable & professional with assistance regarding ceramic Kitchen tiles, knowledgeable & informative. Sehaj and Nick solved one customer's problem, saving them time and money.
Went to this Rona today before the snowstorm. I walked inside and was almost immediately helped by a small lady, who must've sensed, i was lost in a foreign land. I think her name was Maria. She helped me find a specific spark plug that I was looking for and walked me to go get it. Made my visit quick
We had an emergency flood, and all stores closed at 9pm. I tried to my luck to rush to RONA and arrived at 9:05. The staff was extremely nice to let me in and quickly grab a sump pump. They kept the cashier open while I tried to find the stuff. The two gentlemen at the plumbing (or appliance) section were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me find the right adapter to connect the sump pump to the garden hose. In a rush I forgot to ask for their names. Many thanks to the team for being super accommodating to help me with this emergency.
I am happy to say that I have received a resolution to my issue purchasing the Suncast shed. Rona Queensway reached out to me with an email and then I got a phone call from Mary who is the ASM. She offered me the display model shed at an agreeable price and I am happy with the outcome. Thanks again for resolving this issue for me. Much appreciated.
