Been going here for three years and I’ve had a completely different experience than all the negative reviews! Always friendly, always on time, everything always perfectly cleaned and ironed. Never any damage or complaints on my end!Super shocked that there is anything bad said, I truly only have had an amazing experience here

This place is professional and no-nonsense. I moved to Toronto from NYC and this is equal to NY standards. Seems as though some of the other reviewers on here were looking for psychotherapy not laundry or dry-cleaning! I've never had a bad or unpleasant experience in 2+ years now of visiting then living nearby.

I've been taking my designer items, silks, wools, etc. here for years. It is a family run business and the owners are very involved in dealing with special requests, stains, alterations. The service is personal and friendly. I recently brought in a fine pair of leather gloves and now they look like new. They also send out rugs for cleaning at a very good price and always look amazing after.
