Only two stars from me . Dirty Rooms and Terrible Service . I gave her 100 $ and she did Nothing ! And I’m a Tall Slim White Guy !! Imagine what those Asian women would Do to an Ugly men ?? Never going there gain ! . Small Dirty rooms with no Air conditioning ! This place should be Closed down By the Health Department ASAP ! Bad

Dear All,I have been to a few spas in Toronto, NY, and elsewhere but never have I been treated in such a bad manner as today at Kawaii Spa.This was my third time to the spa and the first time were good. However, today I had a 2nd massage with Linda who works on Wednesday's who I found to be extremely deceptive, dishonest, manipulative, and harmful to any client/visitor. Although during an initial appointment she was nice just to get a repeat client, today she was verbally abusive and demeaning towards me, calling me fat where other massage woman have enjoyed my company and were inviting and cordial to my body who is muscular as well, where I am a very nice guy and... read full review
