I visited the store over a weekend. It’s an small store with a single handed store manager/staff. I have no comment on her skills but having multiple pets at the same time in the store causing stress to pets and more importantly made her clearly overwhelmed. My pet didn’t need too much of grooming but clippers lines on my pet’s belly and uneven trimming showed the work was done in rush.
Very satisfied with the service. Tia did a great job. She was able to fit my dog in last-minute, truly a hidden gem. Highly recommend for all the dog owners downtown! Found my go-to dog groomer and will definitely go back. Thanks alot Tia!
Tia is very accommodating, experienced and empathetic. She made a special exception for a Sunday appointment as I work every other day of the week. She asked for a heads up of how Mika (fearful rescue pupper) is with grooming. She was very patient and understanding of Mika’s fearful reaction to nail trimming and provided rest breaks throughout the process. The store is an open concept so I was able to be there to provide comfort to Mika. So grateful to discover K9 Spaw. Highly recommend.
