We highly recommend Bevan and the team at Juniper Development Group. We recently completed a renovation that included interior, exterior and structural alterations to our property and our experience was outstanding. The scope included Interior: demo, drywall, flooring, custom doors + Exterior: balcony rebuild, retaining wall reconstruction, stamped concrete, & metal/glass railings. One of the things that stood out was they were always on time, communicated well, and kept the job site tidy, an aspect that both us and our neighbours appreciated. Bevan, Jacques, Alyssa and the whole crew they employ are consummate professionals who have come to the rescue more than once. No job is too big or too small, and they have an excellent network of referrals for more complicated jobs that require licensed expertise (plumbers, electricians, etc.) Highly, highly recommend.
