Absolute professional and all around smart man. John was able to tame our qualms by eloquently elaborating on the feasibility of our requests, understanding what they truly were, and designing us something more than we couldve hoped for. Incredibly happy and immensely grateful for the service John provided.
We have worked with John on several projects, and have referred him to friends of ours too. John really gets the brief, and is patient as we do the dance to maximize architectural impact within our budgets. He is always ready to help, especially during the critical structural framing phase, when these old Toronto houses seem to present new surprises as the walls get opened up.
