The entire experience was positive. They accommodated the time scheduled for the product review, the location was easy to find, there was plenty of parking and there was only a few minutes to wait before they begin. The only negative comment would be that there were NO SAMPLES…lol. (It was a potato chip study).

The survey experience I had at JMRS was great. I was checked in very quickly and did not have to wait too long before being called in. The survey itself was easy to understand and my surveyor was very clear and friendly.

Always fun to go here and participate in studies. The staff is very friendly and the financial compensation is way better than the other companies that conduct similar studies. They also have more attractive time slots available that make it easier for everyone to participate should they qualify.
