I highly recommend this local massage shop for anyone seeking professional and compassionate care. The owner Anna consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, often taking extra steps to ensure our complete satisfaction. The convenience of direct billing is also a major plus, eliminating the hassle of paperwork. A truly top-notch service that I encourage everyone in the neighborhood to experience!
I had a very last minute thirty minute massage booked. They were able to fit me in 10 minutes before my appointment. I had a lot of tension in my neck and unfortunately the 30 minute massage was not good. The owner/ manager (I believe) asked how it was and I was honest. She then stepped in herself and gave me a 5 minute massage. Not only was the massage extremely good but that she changed my entire experience with this place in just 5 minutes. And thats what I think excellent costumer service looks like. It is my first time writing a review for anywhere and this is not my usual go to massage place but I will be back.
I had a wonderful experience at Jade. I got a 90 minute hot stone massage from an RMT and wow. She did not mess around. She really got into all my sore and tight spots and worked her magic. I felt like a new person by the end! The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful as well. The massage room was clean and inviting. I will definitely come back again!
