Both the cleaning and customer service are superb! Maurice was quick to follow up and respond by WhatsApp and Brenda the cleaning specialist really put her muscles into the clean and was patient and professional when I asked for certain areas to be wiped again. Attention to detail was there, which is so important in a clean!
Used itsGLO Cleaning for a move-out and couldn't have been happier with the service. The staff communicated clearly up until their arrival and brought all of their own supplies and equipment. They completed the cleaning incredibly efficiently and to a high standard. Would highly recommend for those looking for move-out cleans, as it alleviated a significant amount of pressure during my move and in my opinion, was reasonably priced for the quality of the service.
Both the cleaning staff and admin staff are kind and you can tell they care for their clients. My move in cleaning was thorough and they listened to all my requests! Highly recommend!
