I am a happy customer and I am writing to compliment the two movers who helped me.The superintendent at the destination was problematic, she tried to prevent me from moving in by pretending the elevators were broken, probably because she was expecting a bribe. This is a known issue in this building.The older of the two movers handled the issue very professionally and efficiently, basically forcing her hand without ever being rude.The two movers went above and beyond, turning what could have been a serious issue into a very smooth move in.
A challenging move of some very heavy industrial equipment which was made to be seamless by Eugene & his staff! Definitely will be back and recommend High Level Movers for any move you require. Bravo HLM!!
