I bought linen sheets from Gluckstein Home from the Bay. They literally shredded and fell apart in the middle of the sheet. Shredded like cheesecloth ripping apart. The hole is about a foot across in both directions. The fabric is clearly garbage - and linen sheets are $$$$ The sheets were washed and dried as per factory specs, and treated properly. They Bay refused to provide a refund or exchange.

Apparently cutlery rusting with 3 months of use is “normal wear” and they won’t warranty it. Website says contact The Bay and The Bay says contact Gluckstein home. Neither will take any responsibility.

Worked there a long time ago as an intern. The receptionist was rude and constantly looked down his nose at me. When my family member called asking for me (intern) he kept correcting them by saying student co-op eventhough I was a graduate. I got no experience in design instead was treated like a slave, filling up a fridge and cleaning up mess. I once went to the washroom and the door had not closed properly so a staff member walked in on me. After I left the washroom she was whispering about me to all the staff members. Very unprofessional lot.
