Only reason this is not a 5 is because it can be a bit pricey depending on what you get done. Other than that, this is my go to place for times I want to give myself a little treat and pamper my nails and have them looking fantastic. The service is great, the employees are polite, respectful, friendly and make sure you are comfortable. They offer a complimentary tea or water as well. The place is well decorated, clean and has a nice atmosphere. The colour selection, cleanliness, attention to detail and overall customer service is A+ in my books.
