When buying online you want to know there is someone there to help and support when things don't go right. Purchasing my gem on Gemsby was a good experience however the Customer Service was amazing. The minor issue I had with the vendor was rectified quickly, fairly and felt the integrity of the of company has forever won my business. I will be back again shopping here for all my gems. First class.
I've been listing my designer jewelry on Gemsby for a bit under a year and have been highly impressed by their responsive customer support, and help in marketing my designs. They seem to have a strong mix of technical talent and sales/marketing, so I'm confident using their platform and recommending it to my jewelry designer friends.
Found my custom ring and loose diamond on this site. I couldn't find the one I liked from the big box stores and this site hosts more single retailer/jewellers that I missed. I bought the diamond and ring from the site and directed the diamond seller to the ring designer. Got my custom diamond ring in the mail afterwards with a speedy delivery!
