Don't use this company! They rely on spam calling ppl all hours and weekends. Just received such a call and they CURSED at me when I said not interested! You really want PPL like this in your HOME? And how did they get my number anyway? SCAMMER call lists.
This is scam company calling through overseas based call centers. Upon call they give you a very low quotation and the ask for your credit card information to setup an appointment. Then they send another company for ducy cleaning which is also a scam, as they don't know how to do anything. Overall if you hear the company name fresh air solutions hang up the phone and try calling the number again and you won't get through.
It was an awful experience. It's not an actual duct cleaning company who does the job. They sent another company that I never spoke with. Moreover, there's a hidden fee and cancelling the appointment a couple of times. I will never ever recommend this company.
