Four years later had to get new fobs, landlord had to re-key. Service yesterday even faster. Fobs work perfectly.
I see some of the unhappy reviews on here, and I note that all fobs are not created equal. The fob guys give you their best service but if your condo, etc has chosen a problematic brand of fob to start with, you may have ongoing problems.
We visited this store for a key fob duplication and were impressed by the quick and efficient service. The staff member was friendly and professional, making the process smooth and hassle-free. I strongly recommend the fobs that stick to the back of your phone. I won't be able to go back to an ordinary fob now!
A very nice fob store. Got the fob several months ago and it stopped working since yesterday. They helped me get the battery changed and it works perfectly right now. Other fob stores would have me wait for days to get the garage fob copied and this store can have it done right away. They really saved my time!
