Whenever I think of flowers I think Floris. Over the years I have bought flowers from Sarah for my wife and for family occasions and they have always been nicely arranged and ready on time. Staff are professional and polite. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Was sent a lovely large Orchid plant today from Floris. 4 Individual stems/plants, lovely container. The problem? My sender had specifically requested that they call ahead before delivery. NO CALL. Plant dropped in my hallway, fortunately, my neighbour was there to take it in. ALSO...THEY LEFT THE PRICE TAG ON THE PLANTER!!! I didn't need to know how much this gift was. When I called to alert them, the woman I dealt with was very off-hand. I know Valentine's Day is the busiest day of the year for florists, but COME ON....OKAY...adding to my review, 3 days later. THANK YOU, SARAH...EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. You did not disappoint. Their arrangement is worth every penny spent. The bouquet received looked almost exactly like the pictures on the website, if not even more vibrant and opulent in person. Would use and recommend this flower shop over and over again.
