The Floor Shop gave me a very reasonable quote to have all the carpet removed and installed the same hardwood throughout the upstairs that was on the main level. I'm beyond satisfied with this team. We found a carpet we loved with a competitor, but something was just not feeling right.

“David was an absolute artisan when it came to polishing our poorly poured, shabby concrete floor. He focused on everything—from the colour of the stones in the aggregate to the overall tone of the concrete and how the curing process would affect the final finish. He consulted with us on every aspect of the process and was meticulous and patient, taking the time to get the absolute best look possible.
