Floorians are very trustworthy, true to their word and very fast and efficient. They arrived next day to take measurements. They arrived on time. They even worked with me to find what fell in my budget. He arrived ready with carpet samples. We agreed and the quote was drawn up on the spot, I paid half up front, half upon completion. They arrived promptly on our agreed installation date and put in the new carpets quickly and perfectly. It could not have been more easy and convenient. The free consultation was much appreciated. Haneev came all the way to Hamilton for me which was great because there are no carpet services like this in my area. There was a bit of trouble getting in touch with them by email to schedule an installation but when I did. Their installers were punctual, professional and I was very happy with the outcome. They even managed to make my runner look strait on 100 year old crooked stairs.

We had a great experience with Maple Carpet Care Ltd. Haneev came on time with lots of samples, gave us great advice and a perfect installation, all for a reasonable price! He did a beautiful runner in our stairway and also replaced the whole basement carpet after a flood. Both carpet and under pad are excellent quality which I enjoy every time I walk on my stairs.
