I am a client of Ferraro Salon for the hairstyle , for mani/pedi and aesthetics for many years. When I heard it is opening again I was anxious about the contamination risk, being a doctor who worked in Acute Care in UK during the pandemic. I am an expert in disinfection and protective measures. I was very pleasantly surprised to see there are only two clients inside ,one at the hairstyle and one at the manicure. I had to wait in front of the door 2 minutes for the other person to come out. There are plenty of signs on the door and sanitation points with disinfectant gel. The mask is mandatory. My temperature was checked at the entrance and I had to respond to some questions regarding possible symptoms. Everything was disinfected in front of my eyes: the door handles,the chair,the reception desk. The personnel is taking the safety measures regarding the pandemic very seriously thus I felt safe and taken care of and that is a lot coming from a healthcare professional! I highly recommend them not only for the sanitary reasons ,of course, but also for the great results I get every time,and for a very friendly interaction.

I’ve been a client since 2009. They just re-opened after COVID-19 forced the closure. Domenic and his team are doing a fantastic job making sure all the proper safety and precautions are performed perfectly. Highly recommend them, especially for anyone living in downtown core.
