I went to the LensCrafters on Bloor and Yonge and they told me that without the screw they couldn't help me. So I decided to head to Easton's centre location and try my luck there. You can imagine how glad I was to hear they could help me. Mesura, who I believe her name was, told me they could help me and I had to wait half an hour.
