I had a not-so-great experience with pelvic floor physio at this clinic. After I left a review here, the manager Trevor reached out to me to talk through what happened. He took my concerns seriously and offered me a solution that worked well for me. He told me that the clinic is introducing a new pelvic floor program with a new physiotherapist. It's pretty rare for companies to make you feel heard and valued. Thanks Trevor, much appreciated.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Sarah Phillips as it relates to the treatment of the symptoms of vertigo, or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) as its officially known. Over five years ago I experience severe symptoms of BPPV which lasted over two months. At the time I had no idea what was causing my dizziness. My life was a hell to put it mildly. I went to several doctors and even saw a specialist, none of whom were able to help me, let alone diagnose the problem properly. A friend, who had similar experience in the past, recommended I find a therapist who could perform the Epley maneuver. I visited the clinic as i was having pain in my knee which impacted my mobility. I first saw Melissa, PT, who isolated the problem and helped improve my walking and provided tools to help me reduce my pain. I then saw Sarah, PT, to help rule out any dizziness and balance challenges due to a vestibular issue. I am grateful for their kind approach and the immediate result it had with reducing my anxiety with my injury. My home exercises have been great with getting me back on my feet and preventing further occurrences. As a senior i am thankful for their help and guidance.
