“I have had 2 experiences with this store. The first was alterations which turned out quite good - had to come back a few times as my order was not ready. My second experience was with a comforter which was not ready when I was told it would be -- one week...so it took a bit longer...but it has been returned with a dryer scorch mark and flat -- as it was not dried properly. I will be taking it somewhere else to have it done right. I now would only bring alterations and not my dry cleaning here.“
