Simply put, this is one of the best places to get a mens haircut in Toronto without a second thought. Been going there now for 3 different owners and never had a bad cut or a cut I didn't like. Speaking portuguese helps to chat with them while they're cuting your hair, but it's not that necessary. You may end-up waiting inside for your turn (pre COVID-19 days), but it's always been worth it. Parking may be an issue at some times, but again, it's worth it without a doubt. Traditional barber shop operated by a wonderful person. Clean, professional, and friendly. A haircut will run you $22 which is a terrific price given the ridiculous prices being charged by other places. The owner speaks English and Portuguese. If you happen to be a fan of S.L. Benfica then this definitely needs to be your barber. The barbershop is also located near some terrific bars and restaurants on College Street (College Falafel is just around the corner!) so you can get your hair cut and then enjoy the neighborhood.
