CIBC Mortgage Advisor: Grenville Boward

My head tells me that this is a waste of time, knowing that it may never be seen. After all, who is going to look at a review for a bank branch? But friends, my heart knows that I must share what I have discovered. If I can save even one person from this insanity, it will all have been worth it. "It's just a bank", you may retort, "a bank like any other." Is it though? Or is it just a glorified ATM with human attendees, a monstrous waste of space at the corner of Bloor & Ossington. *Update as of Oct 28, 2016* I had the branch manager, Mr. Silveria from my home branch contact me today, which I was not expecting. Without disclosing too much of what he did for me but he managed to figure out a way to settle my issue with CIBC. I clearly understand what the employees of the front lines including the support staff of the front line has to go through everyday. I want to make it clear that these reviews are for the executives and every other departments that are involved.
