Steve and his team are fabulous!!! They’re great with turn around time and I feel good about leaving my car in their hands. I’ve had other mechanics try to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge (unfortunately seems like more woman have to deal with this type of treatment), but I truly trust the team at Certified?? They take good care of their people!!

This place was awesome! Such friendly and knowledgeable staff, as I was assisted by Steve and Laura. I had an oil change done and it was so speedy! Great location, i highly ecommend and will definitely come back!

Needed my brakes repaired and Steve and Laura made it so easy! I called to book and was given an appointment for the next morning. Day of service I received a call from Steve letting me know the extent of my repairs (rear brakes) and how much it would cost. Prices aligned with Toronto standards and were even on the lower end of that range. Overall I am very happy I brought my car here!I never had to deal with a vehicle on my own so I was intimidated by the thought of bringing my car in and had put it off longer than I should have. Now I know I don't need to dread bring my car in for service as this process was so smooth and Steve even installed the windshield wipers... read full review
