They didn't read the label on a DRY CLEAN ONLY item, laundered it and ruined it. They didn't tell me but I noticed it when I picked up the item and it was clearly ruined. They did apologize and eventually after a bit of back and forth they agreed to reimburse for full replacement cost.This is really a 2 star review but I'm giving them 2 extra stars because they did the right thing in the end. Make sure it's clearly specified how your item should be cleaned when you drop it off.

Very attractive pricing. Friendly staff. Hasn't changed in 20 years and they've not had a janitor in in just about as long. Absolutely no complaints however. Keep doing what you are doing.Services: Comforter cleaning

It's good service convenient location and prices have remained the same for a long time one of the longest going dry cleaners in the city still, At least 45 years. Good location as well but longevity of service and location means they're doing something right.
