So I have called these guys up twice. And both times, they have come, checked the situation, and provided some great support and advice.
Neither time have I actually ended up being charged as they were able to verify that there were either DIY jobs or were mold issues that could be remedies from on the shelf supplies.
If we ever do end up having a situation arise that does need their help they have more than earned it.

I had mold in my basement and after speaking with customer service representative Laura she booked me an inspection with Matt because we had visible on our drywall. Matt showed up on time and gave us a through and detailed quote. We booked services for mold removal the next week. Lester and his team who did the mold removal were professional.
