Shortly after moving into a new home, we discovered a live infestation. After doing some google searching, I came across BugsRUs, and I called them. Michael was very pleasant to talk to. He stopped by for a visit and confirmed that it was an ongoing issue. Within two days after calling, Michael booked us in and performed the treatment as we had discussed. He also gave us some really good tips on how to make sure this doesn't happen again. Michael's baiting system is cheap and effective, and can be DIY'ed. Michael and Scott were punctual, courteous and knowledgable. They offered information about the treatment I needed in my home and explained the steps very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Mike did such a wonderful job addressing my termite issue. He responded very quickly, he assessed the situation and walked me through the work that had to be done. Above and beyond that though, he also gave great advise on fixes to make around the house, some to make for a less hospitable termite environment and some things he just noticed and called out. None of those other recommendations involved work he was going to do, and it was great getting that advice. Highly recommend.Services: Termite extermination
