Breathe has become a treasured space in which to explore the possibilities within the Astanga practice. The steady and respectful guidance offered in both Mysore and Led classes have left me inspired and excited to move forward.

Breathe is a wonderful studio with a lot to offer. The classes are very well put together, and all the teachers are experienced and gifted practitioners. There is a really lovely community feel to the space as well.

There are Mysore classes that run almost every morning at the studio and they are an amazing way to take your practice to the next level. I have personally found the practice both challenging and rewarding. Svitlana, who runs most Ashtanga classes, is a wealth of knowledge and dedicated to her students improvement. I feel very grateful to have found this studio.
