Soooo relaxing. I’ve been to other health spas and my favourite is Bodyblitz. It’s classy and clean while still being small and relaxing. I like that it’s only women and I love the therapeutic waters. It's great that I don’t have to pack so many toiletries, towels, slippers and a robe. And the delivery of a smoothie or a tea is a nice touch. I wish they had a North York location with free parking.
I like that there are no cell phones and that’s the reason I don't have photos to post.
Body Blitz has been a sanctuary for me over the years. It’s truly an oasis in the middle of our busy city. It’s my go-to spot because I can rely on it for deep relaxation - it’s a simple escape without all of the trendiness of some of the newer waters experiences. I just love it, the simplicity of it, and the moment you walk in you know you’re in the right place. My more recent experiences have been somewhat less enjoyable as there were more loud groups coming in. These loud groups were not aware that leaving their robes on the relax seats after their circuit was complete, means that there were no available seats for others to enjoy an empty seat to sit in. I ADORE Body Blitz Adelaide. What a treat. The atmosphere and setting is just gorgeous and so relaxing, I love the lighting and the rustic wooden ceiling. The things that are supposed to be hot like the steam room and the hot tub are nice and HOT and the cold plunge is nice and COLD, just as they should be. The warm pool is so spacious and it's never been crowded when I've been there. It is also SPOTLESS and staff are cleaning the entire time. I treat myself to a visit once a month and look forward to it SO much.
