The owners are very kind. My mom brought her old sewing machine there for servicing. The owner took the time to show my mom what the problem was. She can't speak highly enough of this place. Highly recommend

Amazing people! Had an urgent alteration for my son. Marina listened intently and offered to have it ready within the hour, and this was on a busy Saturday . Didn’t take advantage of our predicament and charged a fraction of what the market charges. Fantastic job. Great people. Amazing prices. Don’t hesitate!!

Don't forget to shop local! I had been looking all over for a replacement belt for my 4-year old Bissell PowerClean and had no luck online or even with the manufacturer, oddly. Then I remembered this neighbourhood shop. Bloor Sewing Machine & Vacuum had the exact part I needed and at an incomparable price. Service was amazing including some tips on how to install the belt and how to ensure it lasts as long as possible. Should have gone there first and definitely will next time. Thanks!
