Cruz. J is the best mobile advisor out of any Best Buy in Toronto! He is extremely friendly, patient and has an amazing overall presence/attitude. He understood my price ranges and found me the best phone and applicable sales in my short time frame. I 1000/1000 recommend to visit him if in need of ANYTHING!!!

Went to upgrade my phone. I’m used to spending at least 1 hr upgrading my phone. Today it was done in less than 30 minutes and they transferred all my data to my new phone in no time. Staff are super professional, polite and friendly.

Anne and Cruz were super friendly and helpful! They sat with us for some time going through the best options for my wife and I until we found the right one. Will definitely be back because of their expertise and excellent customer service.
