This is a great place to shop for door hardware. They offer a wide variety of products at more reasonable prices compared to other places. All of their sales reps are experienced. Sorayya is my sales rep there, and she is very responsible, knowledgeable, and helps me with every detail along the way.

Good selection and helpful showroom to touch and feel products. I can understand some of the comments on service quality and hope the business solves for that.4 stars only because one of the inserts for the screws of one of the handles purchased was missing the threading! Had to drive out and pick up a replacement. The installer we hired couldn’t finish the job as a result and we had to bring them back onsite causing us additional cost. No apologies or sympathy for the inconvenience caused by staff.
