We had a really great experience with Aqua Rescue and Igor. Our sewage pipes were clogged due to a large amount of grease, where I had the same problem the previous year and brought in other plumbers to fix the issues. The previous plumbers snaked out the clog but that only lasted 12 months.
When I called Igor, he told me exactly what he would be doing. I.e. Snake, Camera, Jetting. And he told me that we would go through this process as many times as needed to get rid of the issue. I also asked him for pricing and he supplied pricing for the first hour and how much each hour after that would be.
I am extremely impressed with the exceptional service provided by Igor! Recently completed a bathroom renovation for me, and the outcome is stunning. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were top-notch.
