Linda, the massage therapist, is great! Her personality matches the atmosphere of the session. Also, the lady at reception is very friendly and engaging. It makes you feel welcome. Lastly, the facilities are clean and warm. I particularly enjoy a cup of apple mulled tea at the end of the session. It was a great experience for me!
