Wow! Sima did an amazing job staging our house and transforming into a highly sought after home. I gave Sima my keys and she did the rest Her team gave my home a neutral feel (man cave) At first, I was unsure about contracting her for an accessory stage (used existing furniture) but she assured me it was all I needed (very honest of her since she didn’t oversell me) It sold in a week (multiple offers) and over asking Thank you Sima!!

Sima Kamyabi is the founder of Agent's Choice Staging. Sima graduated from Ryerson University in 2007, with a Bachelor's in Social Work. She has worked in the child welfare sector for over 12 years. She started to develop a passion for staging homes over 10 years ago, when she started to flip condos & homes. Sima is a certified Ultimate Stager, and graduated from the UltimateStager Academy. Sima has a passion for helping people and putting people's best interest at heart.
