He offered a quote based on texted photos of the locks, which we appreciated - rather than only providing an estimate after a house visit (which is what a competitor proposed to do). A few weeks later, we locked ourselves out of our house. Steve took multiple calls from me and gave advice that day while I considered another locksmith (simply because I had reached that one first and were seeking the best price). Just had an amazing experience with owner Steve. Family member locked herself out. He came immediately and was extremely kind and quickly got her into her apartment. It is so refreshing in this day and age to deal with someone so professional and courteous. Definitely recommend!

Steve was at my door & got it open within less than 40 mins of my call, I was blown away! Super friendly, reasonable, and professional. If it ever happens again, Steve will be my first call. I’ll be recommending him to the neighbors ?
